WHITESBORO – Graveside Services for James Clinton Alexander, 90, will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday, July 9, 2008 at Mt. Tabor Cemetery near Sandusky. Services are under the direction of Meador Funeral Home in Whitesboro. No formal visitation is scheduled.

Mr. Alexander passed away Sunday, July 6, 2008 in Clinton, Oklahoma.

He was born on November 13, 1917 in Dixie, Texas to Guy Hugo and Maude Lee (Walker) Alexander. He was a U.S. Army Veteran during WWII. James married Mildred Pauline Moran on July 4, 1953 in Gordonville. He was a Baptist.

Survivors include two daughters, Marie and Anita Alexander of Denton and a brother, Jack Alexander of Guymon, Oklahoma.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Pauline Alexander, four brothers, Raymond, William, Maurice and Walker Alexander and a sister, Sylvia Gray.
