She was born May 4, 1923, in Dillsburg, a daughter of the late Titus and Beulah Bartlett Hamm.
Mrs. Lerew was a registered nurse.
She is survived by her husband of 61 years, Frank R. Lerew; two sons, Richard T. Lerew of Jeannette and William H. Lerew of Shippensburg; a sister, Jean Myers of Dillsburg; and two grandchildren, Jenna and Alyssa.
Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, May 2, in Grace United Church of Christ.Burial will be in Dillsburg Cemetery.
Viewing will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Monday in Fogelsanger-Bricker Funeral Home, Shippensburg, with Eastern Star services conducted at 7:30 p.m.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Grace United Church of Christ, 121 E. Orange St., Shippensburg, PA17257.
