Funeral services were conducted for Russell Batch, 55, of Mexico whose death occurred in the Oswego Hospital, were at the home of his daughter Mrs Ernest Clemons of Pulaski, Burial was made in Evergreen cemetery, Orwell. Mr Balch is survived by his wife Belva Balch of Altmar, three daughters Mrs Howard Allen of Ricard, Mrs Grover Britton of Williamstown besides Mrs Clemons; a son Roland Balch of Syracuse, one brother Clinton Balch of Richland, eight grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
