He was born in Middletowm, Jan. 19, 1871, the son of Thomas and Mary Kelsey Rayburn.
Mr. Rayburn was an elder at the Irish Grove Church.
He married Ethel Masters in 1894; she died in 1928.
He married Katie M. McKinsey in 1930.
Surviving are his wife; a daughter, Mrs. Elsie [sic, Essie] Theilen, of Lincoln; a son, Dale, of Edwardsville; two grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
His funeral was at the Irish Grove Presbyterian Church.
Burial was in Irish Grove Cemetery.
