Rudy A. Ogrince's biological father was Andrew Ogrince. Andrew Ogrince died about two years after Rudy's birth, then about a year later Rudy's mother Mary Mildred Vales Ogrince married Joseph Rudolph Lovec. Joseph and Mary raised Rudy and his biological siblings plus added several more children to the family. The Ogrince children were Edward, Cecilia, Rudy and Joseph; while the Lovec children were Mary Josephine, Emil George, Odes Joe, and Helen Margaret Lovec.
