HEALDTON -- Services for Jean Ivie Bartee, 74, will be at 10 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 1, 2005, at Spivey Funeral Home with Bro. Ronnie Carroll officiating. Interment will follow at Dixie Cemetery, Stephens County, Okla.
Born on May 30, 1931, in Orr, Okla. to Richard Frank and Mamie Belle Wallace Carroll, she died on Sept. 28, 2005, at her home in Duncan. She was preceded in death by three husbands, Don Ivie, Hershel Grant and Jim Bartee; a son, Terry Grant; two daughters, Carolyn Ivie and Angela Mitchell; her parents; two brothers, J.R. and Billy Frank Carroll; and a sister, Frankie Mae Watson.
Jean was a Baptist.
Survivors include three sons, Richard Ivie, Wynnewood, Roger Ivie, Nashville, Tenn., and Hershel Grant, Mobile, Ala.; five daughters, Linda Wesley, Barstow, Calif., Markey McCrae, Peru, Ind., Judy Perry, McAllen, Texas, Theresa Hardwick, Oklahoma City, and Nancy Davoult, Duncan; two brothers, Bob Carroll, Healdton, and Joe Carroll, Lone Grove; numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
