There will be a graveside service at 1 p.m. today at Eastside Memorial Park in Minden for Joan E. Gotto, 74, who died April 1, 2005 in Carson City.

Mrs. Gotto was born June 26, 1930 in Los Angeles, California, to James and Kathleen Hall. She previously lived in Sagus, California, and moved to Carson City 10 years ago.

She was a legal assistant for Safeco Insurance for over 20 years. She was a member of the Daughters of the American Revolution.

She is survived by her son, Robert Gotto and his wife, Shawna, of Washoe Valley; a daughter, Kathy Woolford and her husband, Tim, of Washoe Valley; a brother, Bob Hall, of San Jose, California; and three grandchildren, Jarod Woolford, Derek Woolford and Serena Gotto.

All arrangements are in the care of Walton's Chapel of the Valley in Carson City.
