Baby Boy Allred was the stillborn son of Doris and Bill Allred. He died in the womb from a ruptured placenta, which occurred when his mother moved a very heavy iron bed. He only weighed two pounds. It always bothered his mother that she wasn't allowed to see him. She said that she was told he looked like her first born son. The baby's maternal grandparents took him from Everett, Washington to Ellensburg for burial. Danny was unnamed for 26 years; then his mother submitted the documentation to the State of Washington and her son had a name at last. She designed the tombstone with the help of her daughter. Danny's gravestone is a few plots away from his aunt Marilyn and Kinkade grandparents.
