Tommy married Lucy Minnie L. Woolard in 1903 in Idaho springs, Colorado and then moved her, her son Ray J. McMillan and her daughter Cora McMillan to a homestead out in the northern Colorado Prarie in the Carr Precinct, Weld co., Colorado (Near where Tommy's grave is now).
Tommy and Lucy had Velma Irene Bliss White and Juanita
Bliss Sobeck

He died in a Greeley Hospital on 16th ST and 11th Ave in 1917.

BLISS, Clem Feb 27, 1872 – Jan 2, 1917 "Father", This cemetery is located on the Central Plains Experimental Range in the south edge of Section 5, Township 10 North, Range 66 West. A Stone was erected on July 19, 1955 by his children. Mr. And Mrs. Robert ENGEL of Nunn, Colorado provided this information in 1975 as well as the name of Mrs. Ross WHITE of Eaton, Colorado, daughter of Clem Bliss. The cemetery is listed as "Boot Hill" on the government maps.

EXACT DIRECTIONS:
From the town of NUNN, Colorado:

Go 11.5 miles North on Hwy 85 from Nunn, Colorado
Turn Right/East at Hwy 122 Go 4.5 miles
Turn Right/South at Hwy 37 Go .98 miles
Turn Left/East at Cattle Guard (Hwy 120) Go 1.82 miles to experimental station. Hwy 120 ends here
Continue East on prarie land for 1.31 miles. The Cemetery is located on the left.
The Cemetery is surrounded by a barbed wire fence. There is one lone headstone for Tommy Bliss. But there are markers for others that are buried there, at least 4 other unknown graves.
