~~~WILLIAM ROLAND EARLEY GREAT GRANDFATHER TO~~~
1) THOMAS EDWARD MONDAY
2) PEGGY ANN (MONDAY) BLACKSTOCK
3) CHARLES LEE MONDAY.
When we finally found ADAR and ROLAND'S burial place, someone had placed an old marker on their graves, for which we are most thankful, but wanted them to have their own. We bought and placed their markers. Finding their graves was possible only by the kind efforts and much appreciated help of John Wesley Jones A wonderful old man now buried in this cemetery too.
We always loved our visits we paid to MR. WESLEY JONES and his wife at their house on Jack's River during our trips to the cemetery.
~~~NOTE~~~
The picture on the right with William and Adar standing in front of their house, I have rocked in a rocker on that same front porch, it no longer stands, but was located on Jack's River, Fannin County, GA. My husband and I had taken Maragaret Early, daughter of Roland and Adar back for a last look at the old house.

~~~IN MEMORY OF AN ANCESTOR FROM LONG AGO~~~
Your tombstone stands among the rest;
Neglected and alone.
The name and the date are chiseled out
On polished, marbled stone.
It reaches out to all who care,
It is too late to mourn.
You did not know that I exist,
You died Before I was born.
Yet each of us are cells of you,
In flesh, in blood, in bone.
Our blood contracts and beats a pulse,
Entirely not our own.
Dear Ancestor, the place you filled,
A long, long time ago.
Spreads out among the ones you left,
Who would have loved you so.
I wonder if you lived and loved,
I wonder if you knew.
That someday I would find this spot,
And come to visit you.
~~~NOTE~~~
There is a Dyer Cemetery around the mountain from the Jones Cemetery where possibly some of the Earleys are buried.
