Wayne was born in Shamrock, Texas, however I am unsure of which County.

He died instantly in a car accident on the way back from a Golf Tournament.

Son of Herman Duncan Peters and Mary Deloris Parrish. He was only 6 when his mother passed and his father married Lyda Marie Duncan.
