OLD CITIZEN PASSES AWAY
J.J. Fletcher, old and well-known citizen of this territory died Saturday morning at 2 o'clock at the home of H.V. Redfield in South Wiggins, at the age of 74 years.
He leaves a widow to whom he had been married a little upwards of fifty years, and other relatives.
The funeral was conducted by Rev. M.H. Broadus, assisted by Rev. Miller, pastor of the Wiggins Baptist church and burial was in the Magnolia cemetery Saturday according to masonic rites conducted by Perkinston Lodge.
