John Lee Bedgood, 81, of Fort Pierce, FL died Wednesday July 16, 2008 at home. He was born on May 7, 1927 in Andalusia, AL. He was a longtime resident of Fort Pierce, FL for sixty two years coming from AL.
He was a member of the House of God #1 Church, Fort Pierce.
Survivors include his sons, Donald Graham, Cornelius Bedgood both of Fort Pierce, FL; Johnny Bedgood of Madison, FL; Geraud Bedgood, Johnny C. Bedgood both of Fort Pierce, FL; Kevin Bedgood of Orlando, FL; daughter, Jacqueline Bedgood of Fort Pierce, FL; brother, Theodoius Bedgood, of Andalusia, AL; sister, Carrie Bougan of Newport, VA; four grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Margaret Graham Bedgood, and parents, Taylor and Carrie Bone Bedgood.
Visitation will be held 3 to 7PM Friday July 25, 2007 at Stone Brothers Funeral Home. A funeral service will be held 12Noon on Saturday July 26, 2008 at House of God #1, Fort Pierce. Burial will follow at Riverview Memorial Park, Fort Pierce.
Arrangements are under the direction of Stone Brothers Funeral Home.
