Bertie Lorene Hyams was born May 27, 1921 at Keota, Oklahoma. She was the daughter of Arthur Berkley and Gladys Allen Berkley. Bertie passed away Wednesday, April 12, 2006 at her home in Bixby, Oklahoma. She was 84 years of age.
Bertie moved to the Bixby area during her teenage years. She was a member of the Bixby Free Will Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her parents and three brothers, Herman, Clayton and Garland Berkley. *
