Services Monday
R. L. (Bob) Childress, 63, World War I veteran, long time oil operator, died In Memorial Hospital Sunday morning.
Funeral services were held Monday at 2 p.m. from the Corley Chapel with burial In the Catholic cemetery. The rites were conducted by Rev. James Leyssen.
Surviving are a brother, Ed Childress and a nephew, James W. Childress, both of Fort Worth, and other relatives.
Pallbearers were Harvey Redden, Roy Deskin, Fred Prince, Harry Redden, Dave Kelton and Lawrence Tilton.
