Daughter of William Calvin and Sarah Caroline "Callie" Dancer Rowe, Wife of Grant Ward. Mother of Lawanda Ward Hiatt, Grandmother of Rusty, Randy, Ronnie and Roby Hiatt.
Zelphie Ward was a wonderful, warm person who doted on her four grandsons and adored all her great-grandchildren. She moved to Grand Junction, Michigan from Arkansas with her husband Grant and daughter LaWanda in 1948. She inspired us all, when with the help and care of her husband she recovered fully from a severe stroke after the doctors had all given up on her. She lived to be 72, and is much missed by all of her family.
