He was born in Floresville on Oct. 31, 1932, to Eddie Lee Reed and Agnes Irene Richardson.
A veteran of the Korean War, having served in the U.S. Army as a staff sergeant, Brice was a member of the VFW Post in San Antonio. He was also a member of the Masonic Lodge and was a Shriner in San Antonio.
Brice was preceded in death by his parents; a sister, Francis Ellis; and a brother, Donald Reed.
He is survived by his wife, Linda Reed of San Antonio; a daughter, Debra Reed of Seattle, Wash.; sons Scott Reed and Eddie and Susan Reed, all of Converse; a sister, Jessie Colbert of Fort Stockton; and grandchildren Quincy and Joseph Reed.
Mr. Brice Reed was a good man to his family and freinds some say he's the greatest man that you ever known,He likes to tell stories to his grandchildren and he love to joke with his friends and he will shake you'r hand he will be missed very much
