Carrie was united in marriage to Wilson Fay Wadsworth on September 24, 1891 at Fremont, Nebraska, Dodge County. To this union four children were born; Lena Harriett, Maude Josephine, Clyde Wilson and William Agustif Fay Wadsworth.
The family moved to Pescadero, San Mateo County, California in the year of 1895. In September of 1898 Wilson passed away and left Carrie 7 months pregnant with their four child and 3 small children. She soon left for Geneva, New York to stay with Wilson's family and soon after her four child was born.
She moved to Gregory, South Dakota and raised her four young children and met Frank Reese and on September 16, 1908 was united in marriage once again.
Carrie passed away on January 26, 1913. She leaves her second husband, Frank and her loving children; Lena, Maude, Clyde and William Wadsworth.
Burial in Knoll Crest Cemetery in Naper, Nebrasak, Boyd County.
