Mrs. Minnie Sumner, 84, of Westminster, Colo., formerly of Clinton, died at 6:45 p.m. Wednesday in an Arvada, Colo., nursing home.
Her funeral will be at 2:30 p.m. Sunday at the Herington-Calvert Funeral Home with the Rev. Ronald Coleman officiating. Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery.
She was born in Olney, June 25, 1883, a daughter of Frank and Rita (Roby) Howser. She was married to Roscoe Sumner, Jun 26, 1901, in Midland City.
Survivors are a son, Harold, Denver, Colo.; a daughter, Mrs. Ernest Snider, Westminster, Colo.; a sister, Mrs. Ruby Kelly, Yucapi, Calif.; five grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. A son and a daughter preceded her in death.
She was a member of the First Christian Church.
