She was born in Olney, June 25, 1883, a daughter of Frank and Rita (Roby) Howser. She was married to Roscoe Sumner, Jun 26, 1901, in Midland City.
Survivors are a son, Harold, Denver, Colo.; a daughter, Mrs. Ernest Snider, Westminster, Colo.; a sister, Mrs. Ruby Kelly, Yucapi, Calif.; five grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. A son and a daughter preceded her in death.
She was a member of the First Christian Church.
