His home was at 1335 McCarroll St. He was born Feb. 14, 1899, at Gravette, Ark. He grew to manhood there and lived in that part of the country until 1954, when he came to Clarkston. He had been married and divorced a number of years ago.

Survivors include a son, Victor Case, serving in the U.S. Navy in the Pacific; four sisters, Mrs. Nick Holt, Mrs. Della McLaughlin and Mrs. Flossie Moody, all of Clarkston, and Mrs. Coy Casey, Texarkana, Texas; three brothers, Rufus Case of Grangeville, Earl Case of Butte City, Calif., and Olin Case of Richland, Wash.
