07/25/2002 CHRISTOPHER A. BILLADO JR. ESSEX JUNCTION — Christopher A. Billado Jr., 10, of Essex Junction died unexpectedly due to injuries sustained in an automobile accident July 21, 2002, in Fletcher Allen Health Care in Burlington.
He was born in Burlington on Jan. 8, 1992, the son of Christopher A. Billado Sr. and Dawn (Aiken).
He was currently attending Fleming Grade School in Essex Juction. Among his many interests he especially enjoyed watching wrestling, NASCAR racing, fishing, drawing and mostly being a big brother to his sister and baby brother.
He is survived by his parents, Dawn and David Crandall of Essex Junction, and Christopher Billado Sr. and his fiancee, Mistee Hurlburt, of Shelburne; his sister, Elizabeth; a brother, Dylan; three stepsisters; a stepbrother; his grandparents, Tim Tourangeau and his wife, Barb, of Milton, David Billado and his wife, Nathalie, of South Burlington; greatgrandparents John Okusky and Jennie Okusky of Burlington, Joe Aiken and his wife, Barbara, of Colchester; stepgrandparents, Pat and Brad Woodaman of Burlington; a stepuncle, Scott Crandall of Burlington; his stepgreat-grandmother, Corrine Camley of Burlington; a cousin, Ashley Perrotte; three uncles, Steve and David Billado and T.J. Tourangeau; special aunts Nikki, JoAnn and Sara; and several other aunts, uncles, cousins, friends and Chris's special friends, BobbyJo Sweetser and her children, Michael and Mercedes Sierra; and his other friends, Deb and Lisa.
A funeral service will be held Friday, July 26, at 4:30 p.m. in the LaVigne Funeral Home in Winooski. Burial will be at the convenience of the family.
Visiting hours will be Friday from 2 p.m. until the time of the service at the LaVigne Funeral Home, 132 Main St., Winooski.
07/28/2002 ESSEX JUNCTION — BILLADO, Christopher A. Jr. and CRANDALL, David John — Funeral services were held Friday, July 26, 2002, at 4:30 p.m. in the LaVigne Funeral Home in Winooski with the Rev. Richard Lavalley officiating. Poems and words of remembrance were shared with the many in attendance by family and friends. Interment will be at the convenience of the family at a later date.
