Deaths. J. P. Curry Dead
J. P. Curry, of Clear Run, died of heart trouble this morning at 2:35 o`clock. He was a 62d Pennsylvania volunteer and served three years in the Civil War, from July 4, 1861, until July 17, 1864. Mr. Curry was born June 9, 1844, and was aged 74 years, 8 months and 5 days. He leaves a widow and eight children as follows: Mrs. C. W. Green of Clear Run; Mrs. G. F. Lerch of Grove Summit; Mrs. Spencer, of Bend, Oregon; George, Jay and Roy of DuBois; Grant of Butler, and Harry, of West Virginia. The funeral will be held at the home in Clear Run, Tuesday afternoon at 2:30 conducted by Rev. Yates.
