Virginia Frances Fultz, 64 of Monticello, Illinois was born in Bristol, TN., to Scott Ernest and Bertha Beonnoai Bammons Sproles. On July 1, 1960, she married Tommy Gene Fultz in Illinois. He survives. He said they were married for 48 years and 21 days. She had lived in the Monticello area for 50 years. She was a homemaker and had also worked several local jobs, including working for Dr. Nolan Hibner for several years. Surviving with her husband are two daughters, Diana Lynn Fultz of Cincinnati and Lisa Ann Fultz of Monticello; a son, Tommy G. Fultz Jr. (wife: Nicole) of Churubusco; a sister, Janet Haygood (husband: Ron) of Monticello; and four brothers, Bill Sproles (wife: Gloria) of Reynolds, and George Sproles (wife: Anita), Brandon Sproles (wife: Bev) and Ernie Sproles, all of Monticello. Miller-Roscka Funeral Home of Monticello was in charge of services. Interrment was at Davis Cemetery in rural Burnettsville.
