Frona was born in Kentucky the daughter of Willis C. Howard and Martha A. Howard. On April 21, 1896 she married Jesse "J.B." Craft. Their daughter is; Emmaline Frauline "Emma" (Craft) Whitt. On November 17, 1903 she married second husband, Smith Francis. Her third husband was Dave Cooper. On June 24, 1909 at the home of Smith Howard by minister Andrew Jackson Howard she married Oliver Hensley the son of Wesley Hensley and Lourinda Howard. Witnesses were Smith Howard and Harry Coffee. Oliver was her fourth husband.
