Mary Estella Fritz is the daughter of Francis "Frank" Marion Fritz and Susanna (Susan A.) Barrrickman. She had two half-brothers Charles A. McDonald (1868-1919) and John "Dick" Richard McDonald (1872-1920). Her full siblings: Martha Elizabeth (1875-1952); Lillian Agnes (1876-1963); Ella Mae (1879-1967); Emma Frances (1882-1937); Georgiana (Georgia A.) "Georgie" (1884-1947); Grover Cleveland (1887-1971).

She married Arthur Franklin OSMAN (1891-1936) on October 25, 1909, in Butler, Butler County, Pennsylvania.

Mary liked to sew and she made clothing for other people besides herself and family.

She had one other son that is not linked since he is still living, John Richard Osman.
