OBITUARY;
*Ida Montrose (Simpson) Marshall-Giddens*

Montrose Marshall Giddens passed peacefully from this world to join her God in eternal rest on Thursday, Nov. 22, 2001.

She was born April 25, 1915 and spent the majority of her life here in Florida. Montrose was very active in her church and was a life long member of the Church of God. She was generous to a fault, hardworking, and dedicated to her family. She touched the spirit of many people and although she will be greatly missed, her family will always remember the energy and enthusiasm with which she led her life.

The father of her children, the Reverend H.M. Marshall, and her son Ralph David Marshall preceded Montrose in death. Survivors include her children, Martha Muldoon, Rebecca Blythe, Annette Udelhofen, James Aaron Marshall, Joseph Marshall, and Macy Leonard. Montrose was also blessed with sixteen grandchildren, a multitude of great grandchildren, and even quite a few great-great grandchildren.

Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to the McLaughlin Funeral Home. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m., Saturday evening, Nov. 24, at the McLaughlin Funeral Home in Niceville on John Sims Parkway. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. the next day on Sunday at the Church of God in Niceville on Palm Boulevard.
