Robley Dee Webb, 80, of Newcomb, died Monday, December 10 at 3:35 a.m. at Jellico Community Hospital.

He was a member of the Lick Fork United Baptist Church.

He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Etta Webb of Newcomb; seven sons, Columbus Webb of Lake Como, Fla., Willard Webb of Jacksonville, Fla., John Webb of North Little Rock, Ark., Monroe Webb of Huntsville, Ala., James R. Webb of Jellico, Estus Webb of Cicero, Ill., Paul Webb of Newcomb; three daughters, Mrs. Edna Kennedy of Jacksonville, Fla., Mrs. Pauline Lambert of Houston, Texas, and Mrs. Gladys Foley of Pasadena, Texas; several grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; two brothers, Marshall Webb of Winfield, Tenn., Clifton Merritt of Williamsburg, Ky.; one sister, Mrs. Manila Stephens of Winfield.

Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. Wednesday, December 12 at Ellison Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Odom Baker and the Rev. Roe Chitwood officiating. Burial was in Valley View Cemetery, Elk Valley.

Ellison Funeral Home, Jellico, was in charge of the arrangements.
