Ralph was my brother-in-law. He was a good man, but it took me a few years to figure that out. We didn't always agree on things and he could be very gruff with people. All it took to see through that gruffness was to watch him coaching his daughters softball teams, or rebuilding an old horse carrier for his grand-daughter so she could take her horse to the county fair. Ralph never attended church or professed to believe in any religion, but if someone started quoting the Bible to him he could match you verse for verse and know what he was talking about. He may not have had the beliefs of most people, but I know that inside he had his own beliefs, and he practiced the Golden Rule daily. He was a special angel on Earth and tried to take care of everyone he knew. That really hit home at his memorial service. There were so many people with stories of Ralph, some you could repeat, and some you couldn't. He was a true friend to all. Hey Ralph, remember Elephant Butte?

Thank you to all who visit Ralph's site. God bless you.

A special thank you to "God's Special Angel" for sponsoring Ralph's page.
