Larry D. Puyear, 45, of Hastings, Neb., formerly of Bethany, died 2:43 p.m. Sunday (Jan. 6, 2002) in Bryan LGH Medical Center West Campus, Lincoln, Neb.
Services will be 10:30 a.m. Wednesday in Reed Funeral Home, Sullivan, with the Revs. Marge Overlot and Charles White officiating. Vistiation will be 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday. Burial will be in Marrowbone Township Cemetery, Bethany. Memorials: Bethany Christian Church or donor's choice.
Larry was born Dec. 20, 1956, in Decatur, the son of Bill and Cleo McClure Puyear. He was a sales representative for Bruckman Rubber Co., Hastings. He was a member of the National Skeet Shooters Association and Hastings Eagles Lodge.
Surviving are his parents of Dalton City; brothers, Dale Puyear and wife Shirley of Sullivan; Jim Puyear of Athens; grandmothers, Fern Puyear of Bethany; Alma McClure of Sullivan; special nephews, aunts, uncles and friends.
He was preceded in death by his grandfathers, Don Puyear and Owen McClure.
