Surviving: parents, Donald and Betty Adkins of New Hamlin; brother, Tim of New Hamlin; sister, Cindy Adkins of New Hamlin; grandmother, Delphia Adkins of New Hamlin. Funeral services were held 11 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 29, 2000, at Koontz Funeral Home, Hamlin, with the Rev. Jerry Rose and the Rev. Norris Lucas officiating. Burial was in Walker Adkins Cemetery, Sias.
