Robert was born at 5:39 p.m. with the help of Dr. A. A. Hoyer. He was the third child of Ezra and Caroline (Braker) Anderson.

BEAVER DAM - Robert J. Anderson, 69, of 828 S. Spring St., Beaver Dam, died peacefully at his home on Friday, Dec. 18, 1998, with his family by his side. Funeral services were Tuesday, Dec. 22, at the Murray Community Funeral Home, Beaver Dam. The Rev. Daniel Massie officiated. He was laid to rest in St. Peter Cemetery, Beaver Dam.

Mr. Anderson was born March 16, 1929, in the town of Calamus, son of
Ezra and Caroline (Braker) Anderson. He was married to Norma Lockwood on Jan. 15, 1949, in Beaver Dam. He was a lifelong resident of the Beaver Dam area, worked at the Dodge County Highway Department until his retirement in 1986, was a member of St. Peter Catholic Church, Beaver Dam, a former member of the Eagles Club, and an avid flea market vendor for many years.

Survivors include his wife, Norma Anderson of Beaver Dam; one daughter, Cynthia Haima of Beaver Dam; his son, Robert F. (Michelle) Anderson of Beaver Dam; six grandchildren, Melissa, Dayna, Kyle, Justin, Karissa and Colton; his sisters, Virginia Teeter, Ruth (James) Graff, Constance (Bill) Veling, Dorothy (Gerald) Gunderson, Bonnie (Raymond) Murray, all of Beaver Dam; his brothers, Richard (Rita) Anderson, Kenneth (Delores) Anderson of Juneau, Rodney (Bev) Anderson of Beaver Dam; his sisters-in-law, Adeline and Agnes Anderson; his brother-in-law, Allen Luedtke of Horicon; his special friends, Roger Derge, Don Harper and Bill Minnema; nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends from Crystal Creek Dairy and Hardees.

He was preceded in death by his parents; his brothers, Roland, Donald and Wilbert Anderson; his sister, Darlene Luedtke and Carol in infancy; and his brother-in-law, Douglas Teeter.

Friends called on Monday, Dec. 21, at the Murray Community Funeral Home, Beaver Dam, and on Tuesday, Dec. 22, at the funeral home.
