Anna O. Cook died at her Saratoga residence of cancer on March 15. She was 59.

Born on Dec. 31, 1940 in Norfolk, Va., Cook grew up in San Francisco. While attending San Francisco State University, she met the man who would become her husband of nearly 39 years, Roy Cook. The couple married and had two children.

When her husband opened his own real estate office, Cook assisted him, then decided to obtain her own real estate license. For the next 21 years, she worked with her husband in their Coldwell Banker office.

Cook was a past president of the Rotary Inner Wheel, a docent at Hakone Gardens, and a member of the Saratoga Federated Church and its Bible study group.

Survivors include husband, Roy Cook of Saratoga; daughter Julie Cook of Los Angeles; son and daughter-in-law Gregory and Jean Cook of Montclair; grandson Landon Gregory; mother Anna Coffey of Saratoga, and brother and sister-in-law Ralph and Kay Coffey of New Jersey.
