ISAAC BILLY MAGDALENO Passed away accidently at New Hogan Lake on June 29, 2003 at the age of 16. Beloved son of Estella G. Magdaleno and his second mother, Kathy Vargas, both of San Leandro. Brother of Tony and Adrian Santana. Uncle of Tony Santana III, Dominick and Christian Santana.
