In 1938 Mary Ann and John celebrated their 48th Wedding Anniversary with a family party at their home with 25 guests attending.
A homemaker, Mary Ann was a member of the Evangelical Church in Butler.
Mary Ann, age 81, died at her Butler home after an extended illness. Her funeral services were held at her home and she was buried at St. John's Cemetery, Monroe Township, Richland County, Ohio.
