Fulton, died Monday. He was born in Constantia. He retired in 1996 after 29 years as a tool crib attendant at Rollway Bearing in Liverpool. He was a HAM radio operator in Fulton and a Navy veteran, having served from 1951 to 1966.
Survivors: His wife of 34 years, the former Frances J. Smith; a daughter, Christine M. Cughan of Norfolk; a son, David S. of Fulton; a sister, Martha Sprague of Washington state; four brothers, Victor and Charles, both of Fulton, William of Washington state and Richard of Ohio. Services: 11 a.m. Friday at
