Frank moved from a dairy business he established in Nebraska in 1887 to Cheyenne in 1902. Starting what would become Cheyenne Creamery, Inc.. he sold 50,000 pounds of butter in his first year of business.
By 1918, using 5 wagons, the Creamery was delivering 500 gallons of milk and 80 gallons of cream each day. And, it was making ice cream by 1908. Gross annual sales totaled $400,000 and the creamery had 40 employees.
Frank was a member of the SAR through his maternal great grandfather.
