Willie Ann was the daughter of William W. Hall and Dicie Riggsbee. She married William M. Hall on November 11, 1902. Together they had eight children, twins Claude and Floyd, Annie, Alma, Nellie, Lola Mae, Miles and Dicey.
Her husband Will was killed in 1922, leaving Willie Ann with several young children still at home. Upon her daughter Alma's death in 1953, she also stepped in to help with her younger children.
In addition to her husband and daughter, Alma, Willie Ann was preceded in death by her son Miles. She was survived by her remaining children, as well as numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
