Rites Set Tuesday
Funeral services will be at 3 p.m. Tuesday at the Evergreen Shrine of Rest Mausoleum for Louis S. Doll Jr., local teacher and coach, who died Saturday at Breckenridge.
The Rev. Dr. Lawrence L Lacour will officiate. Entombment will follow. Friends may call at Law Mortuary until noon Tuesday.
Mr. Doll, who lived at 1225 Florence Ave., was born May 11, 1927, in Monument, Pa. He taught at St. Mary's High School, in Swink and Peyton, and was coach and principal at Falcon. He worked part-time for Gray Line Tour Co. He had also been with Howmet Corp. for eight years in sales work and coached at Bartlett, Iowa, Dover, N.J. and Weldon.
He graduated from Northern Colorado State University in 1951.
He was a member of the Colorado Teachers and Coaches Association and was a veteran of World War II.
He is survived by his widow, Mrs. Marie Doll; two sons, L. Steve Doll III and Lee Scott Doll, Both of Colorado Springs; Two daughters, Betty Lou Marie Doll, of Colorado Springs, and Mrs. Jo Ann Bullock, of Murphysboro [sic] [recte Murfreesboro], Tenn.; his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Louis Doll Sr., of Wharton, N.J.; a brother, Howard E. Doll, of Dover, N.J.; and a sister, Mrs Mildred Nealm [sic] [recte Neal], of Lake Hopatcong, N.J.

He was on the game show called Window Shopping, in New York City probably early 60's He won a set of ravors and a set of encyclopedias plus some other stuff my sister can't remember.
