She was born May 27, 1925, in Tebbetts, the daughter of the late LAcy L.and Corris (Scott) Bartley.
Miss Bartley attended schools at Tebbetts and Mokane and was a graduate of the Mokane High School. She was also a graduate of the Capitol Business College in Jefferson City. She was a member of the Tebbetts United Methodist Church. Before retirement she had been employed with the Missouri State Department of Purchasing for 43 years.
Services are at 10am Wednesday at the Buescher Memorial Home in Jefferson City with Reverend Bruce G. Bernard officiating.
Burial will be in the Riverview Cemetary in Tebbetts. Visitation is from 5-7pm today at the funeral home.
Memorials are suggested to the Multiple Sclerosis Society or to the Tebbetts United Methodist Church.
