She had a sister named Vanda Lee Willoughby born July 6, 1847 in Hamilton County, TN & died September 22, 1928 in Franklin County, AR. Vanda married Zachariah Taylor Gann. Lucy also had a younger brother, Andrew "Bud" Willoughby.
