GABRIEL MARTINEZ GOMEZ In Castro Valley, September 6, 2003, loving son of the late Pedro and Ruth Gomez, beloved husband of Theresa Gomez of Castro Valley, dear brother of Jenny Conner of Hayward, Diana Gomez of San Jose, David, John, Reuben, Peter Gomez all of San Jose, Anthony Gomez of Santa Rosa, Jess Gomez of Oakdale and Frank Banuelos of Anderson, stepfather of Henry Lee Stroughter. Also survived by numerous nieces and nephews. He graduated from Gunn High School in Palo Alto and was an employee of Coca-Cola Enterprises of Northern California for 33 years. Gabriel loved swimming, working on cars, gardening and Reno. A native of Fresno, CA. aged 46 years. Friends are invited to attend his services, September 12, 2003, leaving from the Chapel of the Valley Mortuary, 20359 Lake Chabot Rd., Castro Valley at 10:30 am for his Funeral Liturgy at 11:00 am, Our Lady of Grace, 3433 Somerset Ave., Castro Valley.
