Letters written to "Jinnie" from her brother were published by the Rockingham County Historial Society. There is a memorial marker for him at Greenview Cemetery in Rockingham Co.
Her second day wedding dress was donated to the Greensboro Historical Museum. The sampler she stitched prior to her marriage is in the possession of great grandson Thomas Duley Alcorn.
