John was a retired Huasna rancher and resident of Arroyo grande Valley for the last 60 years.His wife predeced him in death. A son Albert and daughter, Mrs. Addie Daniels preceded them in death. He was survived by three other daughters, W.I.Smith(Viola) of Arroyo Grande, Dorothy Lusinger of Spokane, WA and Gertrude Martindale of Kansas City, MO. Four sons, Leslie Tarwater of Walla Walla, WA, Elmer Tarwater of Long Beach, CA, Victor Tarwater of North Hollywood and Francis Tarwater of Buellton, and many other relatives.
