Burial will be in Wenger Cemetery, Gilman. Visitation was yesterday at the funeral home.
Mr. Stemke was dead at 7:10 a.m. Saturday (April 13, 1991) at the scene of a single-car accident two miles south of Forrest on Illinois 47.
Todd was born Nov. 19, 1966, in Pontiac, the son of Larry V. and Joan Chase Stemke.
Surviving are his parents, Chatsworth; and his paternal grandmother, Evelyn Stemke Clark, Watseka.
His paternal grandfather and maternal grandparents preceded him in death.
Mr. Stemke attended St. Paul's Lutheran Church in Chatsworth. A 1984 graduate of Chatsworth High School, he served in the U.S. Air Force for 3 years. He was stationed at Dover Air Force Base, Dover, Del., where he attained the rank of Machinist Tech 4. He was presently employed at Technical Metals Inc. in Fairbury.
