Survivors include one brother, Clifton Fletcher of West Hamlin; and one sister, Arnie Hauldren of East Liverpool, Ohio. Funeral 11 a.m. Tuesday at Dawson Funeral Home, East Liverpool; burial in Spring Grove Cemetery, East Liverpool.
