JESSE ANTHONY FLORES Of San Lorenzo, born on September 23, 1948 and returned to the Heavenly Father on October 23, 2003. Jesse is survived by many who loved him including his mother, Alice Robles of Hayward and his loving wife of 20 years, Cindy Flores, his brothers, sisters, extended family and friends. Jesse served in the Vietnam War and was awarded a Purple Heart as well as a Bronze Star for his bravery. He was an active member of the American Legion Post 117 in San Leandro. Jesse's kind and gentle nature deeply touched all of those around him and he will be sadly missed. Family and friends are invited to a Vigil service Monday at 7:00 p.m. at the GUERRERO MORTUARY CHAPEL, 407 Estudillo Ave., San Leandro, CA with visitation from 2:00 p.m. till 9:00 p.m. Funeral Mass Tuesday at 9:00 a.m. at St. Felicitas Catholic Church, 1662 Manor Blvd., San Leandro with burial following at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, 26320 Mission Blvd., Hayward, CA.
