DIED.
NELSON.—Of scarlet fever and diphtheria, on Monday the 21st, Marie Theresa, aged two years and six months.
And on Tuesday the 23rd, Catherine Louisa, daughters of Hon. Knute Nelson.
The bereaved heart is constrained to cry:
"Let me go! Why should I stay?
What has earth to bind me here?
What have cares, and toils, and sorrows?
What but death and pain and fear?
Let me go! For hopes most cherished,
Blasted round me often lie—
Oh! I've gathered brightest flowers
But to see them fade and die."
