Magdalene died January 30,1912 in the Village of Waukau, in Winnebago County, Wisconsin.

Mary is buried as Mary M. Deyoe and was called Mag often, for short. Usually that is Mary Magdelene. She deeded the farm back to the family, after the death of the Deyoe's, which made the Craig's, Frye descendentants and so on the heirs of the land and estate/property in the area. Mary's name is on many of the successive legal documents in the Will of James Deyoe with DOB 1803.
