Penelope, as she was called by her parents, was 17 months old when she died on June 23, 1937. She was a beautiful happy baby who was her parents Roger and Laura Pulsifer's only child. She was playing in the backyard of her house with her mother who went indoors briefly. Penelope went to smell some roses which were planted around a goldfish pond. She lost her balance and fell in and drowned.
She was survived by her parents Roger Pulsiver and Laura Underwood Pulsifer.
Sadly, this baby does not even have a headstone.
