She enjoyed quilting, working in her large garden and canning the vegtables that she had grown and making jellies and preserves.
Services were at 4 p.m. Sept. 24 at Waters Funeral Home with Bro. Jack Gregory officiating. Burial was in the Hopewell Cemetery.
Survivors include three daughters, Doris McDonald of Tupelo, Shirley Laster of Baldwyn, and Brenda Mols of Aberdeen; one son, Kenneth Scott of Gulfport; two sisters, Leneve Goodwin and Christine Miller, both of Booneville; nine grand-children and four great-grandchildren.
Pallbears were Petey Pace, Ray Miller, Mike White, Buzzy Scott, Jimmy Scott and Sammy McCreary.
